KONVOY provides a platform connecting families and individuals (“Clients”) with off-duty first responders (“Responders”) for non-emergency wellness checks (“KONVOY Checks”) on loved ones aging in place.KONVOY is not a medical provider, emergency response service, or law enforcement agency.If you believe someone is in immediate danger or experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our Sites or Services.
3. Account Registration
To request or provide Services, you may be required to create an account.You agree to: Provide accurate and complete information Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials Accept responsibility for all activity occurring under your accountKONVOY reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Payments & Scheduling
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Fees are displayed during checkout Payment must be completed prior to scheduling a KONVOY Check Once a Check has begun, fees are non-refundable Cancellation and rescheduling are subject to our published policies
5. Independent Contractor Relationship
Responders are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or representatives of KONVOY.KONVOY facilitates connections between users and Responders but does not directly perform wellness checks.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to: Submit false or misleading requests Use the Services for unlawful purposes Harass, threaten, or harm others Attempt to interfere with the functionality or security of the Sites Collect or misuse data without authorizationViolation of these Terms may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all content, materials, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Sites are owned by KONVOY INC. or its licensors.You may not: Reproduce or distribute content without written permission Use KONVOY branding or trademarks without authorization Modify or create derivative works from our materials

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KONVOY, its officers, affiliates, employees, contractors, and licensors from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from: Your use of the Services Your violation of these Terms Your violation of applicable law or third-party rights
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to conflict-of-law principles.Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Westchester County, New York, except where prohibited by law.
