The personal experience that inspired KOnvoy
Hi. I'm Elizabeth and this is my story.
I am very close to my grandmother and we speak daily. But on this one day I couldn’t reach her, and something didn’t feel right. I tried to call several times and there was no answer. I became very worried, and I had no way of getting to her from the other side of the country.
I was now in “The Worry Window”.
The options were surprisingly limited
Calling emergency services felt excessive for a situation I didn’t fully understand yet, but waiting and worrying didn’t feel right either.
I was surprised there wasn’t a professional way to simply check on my grandmother.
That's why I created the KONVOY Check
